General rental conditions

1- All documents required for the rental must be in the same name as the main driver;

2- Age over 20, and more than 2 years driving license;

3- If the person is under 25 years of age, the excess will be doubled by two;

4- Over 25 years of age and less than 2 years driving license, the excess will be multiplied by two;

5- A grace period of 30 minutes, after which 1000 escudos per hour will be charged up to 4 hours and 1 day’s rental will be charged;

6- In the event of an extension, without warning and authorization from Simplycar, the price per day X2 will be charged if it exceeds 4 hours;

7- In the event of an accident and/or claim, the customer must notify Simplycar immediately by telephone on 9160099 / 2629800.

AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE WITH DAILY INSURANCE:

• Fuel ;
• Upholstery damage ;
• Traffic violations ;
• Loss of documents ;
• Loss of car key
• Loss of vehicle safety kits such as spare wheel, stretcher, wheel key and triangle.
