Reservar um carro alugado é um processo simples que normalmente envolve os seguintes passos.
1. Escolha a data e os locais
Defina a data e o local do seu aluguel de carro. Considere fatores como seu itinerário de viagem, locais de retirada e devolução (por exemplo, aeroporto, centro da cidade) e duração do aluguel.
2. Locais de Retirada
Verifique a disponibilidade do tipo de veículo desejado para as datas e local escolhidos.
Certifique-se de que as tarifas de aluguel, impostos, taxas e quaisquer encargos adicionais estejam corretos.
3. Reserve seu carro
Após encontrar a opção de aluguel de carro, prossiga com a reserva. Forneça as informações necessárias, incluindo seus dados pessoais, carteira de habilitação, informações de contato e detalhes de pagamento.

We rented from February 17th to 27th, 2026, it was fantastic!
With the full coverage option for €8, we had complete peace of mind!

Our experience with Simplycar was unfortunately below expectations.
When we received the vehicle, it was not very clean. The car also had numerous scratches, small dents, and a couple of broken exterior parts, which did not give a good first impression in terms of maintenance and quality control.
A more serious issue was that the road lights were not working properly. Since very few roads in Cape Verde have street lighting, this became a major safety concern. We didn’t notice the problem at pickup because it was daytime, but when we drove back from Tarafal to Praia at night, it was quite problematic and uncomfortable.
Additionally, the customer service was not very friendly, which made the overall experience even less positive.
There is definitely room for improvement.

Muito provavelmente, a melhor empresa de aluguer de automoveis na Cidade da Praia. Desde o contacto com inicial pelo whatssap, os envios de orçamentos já por email, o esclarecimento de dúvidas, tudo correu às mil maravilhas. À chegada ao Aeroporto da Praia, já tinhamos a viatura à espera. Foi possivel pagar em euros e na devolução da viatura correu tudo bem, tendo sido devolvida a caução como combinado. Recomendo vivamente.

Well kind of disappointed, I asked if they had any of the cheaper vehicles to rent for either Wednesday or Thursday, but the person I spoke to didnt have any idea if they would or not. I'm not sure how they wouldn't know it should be in the system if they had any vehicles available, either she never checked or didnt have a clue, so she couldn't give me an answer, she just said to message the number on WhatsApp and ask them. I ended up going elsewhere.
